Employees with Multiple Offices
Smart & Boundless also considers employees who have more than one
physical office at different locations. Such an employee may have the same
extension at each office and never worry about forwarding calls.
In this scenario, when the extension is called, each phone assigned to this
employee rings in each office. When a phone is answered, all related phones
in the other location(s) stop ringing.
If the call is not answered, the call is transferred to employee’s voicemail box.
When a new voicemail is left, the voicemail light is activated on each related phone in each office.
After the voice message has been heard, all voicemail lights are turned off.

showing current voicemail status and is connected to your voicemail box.”
