The Freedom Ring Phone Extension service is what provides the PBX functionality such as extension dialing, voicemail, find-me, follow-me, dialing from Outlook and many more features. This extension includes all inbound calls free, free calls to other extensions and includes all outbound calls within Continental US and Canada. All calls outside this area are billed on a per minute basis according to the current rate table posted on the website.
You would use one of these for each person’s phone who has normal to high usage of the phone.
